We offer online video sessions using the Zoom platform. Getting a Zoom account is free and easy – click here to get Zoom or download it from your device’s app store.

Our normal availability is Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm. Sessions may be booked outside of these hours on an individual case basis, please contact us to enquire further.

The amount of time it will take us to help you through and out of your situation changes from person to person. It depends on what challenges or issues you face, what your desired situation is, how willing & capable you are to reach that goal, and much more. Typically we expect you to start noticing change within a few weeks of beginning our engagement but this can also vary based on a number of factors.

We recommend a free, no-obligation introductory session where we can get to know each other a little bit. You’ll get a feel for if we’re the right fit for you and we’ll ask about your situation to make sure that we can give you the support that you need.
