At Four Seasons Counselling, our in person therapist is dedicated to helping individuals and couples from all walks of life to overcome their struggles with anxiety and depression, loss and grief, couples and relationships, and narcissism and codependency. Our therapist is a compassionate, experienced professional who is committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental environment for those who seek healing and growth.
When working with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression, the therapist will first explore the underlying cause of the symptoms. This may include exploring past traumas, examining the client’s current life situation, and assessing the client’s coping skills. From there, the therapist will work with the client to develop an individualized treatment plan to address the root cause of their anxiety and depression. This may involve learning relaxation techniques, developing better coping skills, and exploring new ways of thinking about and responding to situations.
For clients struggling with loss and grief, the therapist will provide a supportive and understanding environment in which to process their emotions. The therapist will help the client to explore their feelings of grief, normalize their experience, and develop healthier coping skills. The therapist may also provide information about the stages of grief, and how to effectively manage the wide range of emotions associated with grief.
